Collateral & Treasury
Mobilize eligible inventory when needed and support precise collateral allocation. Designed to reduce operational friction associated with fixed market-infrastructure processing windows.
Mint and redeem securities on Canton with Temple's non-custodial tokenization engine operated by your firm.
Temple Asset Registry gives institutional market participants a direct connection between traditional securities holdings and Canton Network. Mint and redeem eligible government bonds, equities, and other supported securities. Use those tokenized positions across Temple products and services, where separately available and legally permitted. The underlying security stays partitioned — restricted where your firm holds it today — while your onchain positions stay private, visible only to entitled parties.
Market participants hold large pools of high-quality securities across currencies, markets and settlement systems. Mobilizing those assets into new trading and collateral workflows still depends on operating windows, operational handoffs and separate systems. Temple Asset Registry is designed to support always-on registry workflows for eligible existing securities without providing control of a register to a third-party, untrusted operator.
Temple Asset Registry is infrastructure your firm operates. Temple is not a transfer agent, custodian or registrar of record. The official books and records for each security remain with the issuer and its transfer agent. Your register is an operational onchain record of tokenized positions and related mint, redeem and transfer activity behind them, subject to the official records maintained by the applicable issuer, transfer agent, depository, custodian, broker, or other regulated intermediary.
Convert an eligible security into its tokenized representation. Every mint transaction is recorded within your own onchain register. The underlying security stays where your firm holds it today.
Hold tokenized securities under your existing custody arrangements, trade them on Temple, or make them available to selected third party applications on the Canton Network.
Redeem on instruction. The tokenized position is converted back to the underlying holding once it is released where your firm holds it today.

Use the register as the onchain record of mint, redeem and transfer activity. Reduce the number of separate records your operations team needs to reconcile.
Maintain a complete audit trail. Limit disclosure of positions and activity only to the intended counterparties and entitled participants.
Temple Asset Registry is a modular platform that can connect to existing custody, clearing and settlement arrangements. The registry architecture is intended to support securities across major global markets. Eligibility is confirmed asset by asset with your team before onboarding.
Temple Asset Registry coverage expands as additional products, services, and integrations become available.
Temple builds and operates trading, RFQ and bridge infrastructure on Canton. The registry runs on the same rails as those systems.
Canton sub-transaction privacy is designed to limit visibility of positions and activity to entitled parties, rather than broadcasting them to other applications or market participants.
Temple does not control or manage your organization's assets. Your team retains control of its own register through the mint, hold and redeem cycle.
Membership and mint and redeem pricing are transparent and benchmarked to established market-infrastructure economics, subject to final commercial terms.
We are working closely with our network of brokers, dealers, custodians, and market partners as we prepare for launch. To participate as a founding launch partner, please reach out to a member of our team.
Temple Asset Registry is a product in development. Availability, timelines, supported asset classes, market integrations and fee schedules are indicative and subject to change without notice. References to potential asset classes and geographic markets describe intended or scoped capabilities and do not represent current availability. Any use of the Temple Asset Registry is subject to asset eligibility, client onboarding, applicable custody, broker, depository, clearing, settlement, transfer, and market-infrastructure requirements, and any required regulatory approvals, permissions, or sandbox participation. Each client is responsible for determining how its own tokenized positions are treated under the rules that apply to it; a broker-dealer that tokenizes customer securities has its own regulatory obligations. Temple is not acting as a transfer agent, custodian, clearing agency, securities depository, broker-dealer, exchange, alternative trading system, or registrar of record in connection with the Temple Asset Registry, except to the extent expressly stated in written terms applicable to a particular product or service. Official ownership, entitlement, custody, transfer, and settlement records remain with the applicable issuer, transfer agent, depository, custodian, broker, or other regulated intermediary, as applicable. The Temple Asset Registry is intended to provide an operational onchain record of tokenized positions and related activity, subject to those official records and applicable market-infrastructure rules.
